Limited Warranty
Troemner, LLC agrees to correct for the original purchaser of this product, either by repair, or at Troemner, LLC's election by replacement, any defects in material or workmanship which develops within the specified warranty period after delivery of this product to the original purchaser. In the event of repair, the repaired unit will be warranted for the remainder of the original specified warranty period or sixty (60) days, which ever is longer. If the product should require service, contact Troemner, LLC at +1-856-686-1600. This warranty shall not apply if the defect or malfunction was caused by accident, neglect, unreasonable use, improper service, or other causes not arising out of defects in material or workmanship. There are no warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, those of merchantability to fitness for a particular purpose, which extend beyond the description and period set forth herein. Troemner, LLC's sole obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of a defective product and Troemner, LLC shall not, in any event, be liable for any incidental or consequential damages of any kind resulting from use or possession of this product. Some states do not allow (1) limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or (2) the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you the specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
